Ulmuswood is a realm of wonder and enigmas, yet Wen remains skeptical of the existence of magic. In her efforts to disprove its existence, her spell unintentionally draws the attention of the authorities with its explosive force. Seeking refuge in the depths of the magical forest with Brin, Wen learns to harness her own powers and properly wield spells. However, the true rulers of the town are in hiding, causing unrest among the populace. Wen's companions urge her to assist in restoring the legitimate leaders, but she hesitates, uncertain of the role her newfound magic will play.
